Tip 1: Be Prepared
You boss does not know everything that’s why he/she hires you. Sometime even a 6 year olds can answer your boss question.
Tip 2: Shut Up
Do not bad mouth; you would not know how someone related to your boss in the organization.
Tip 3: Always Look & Act Positive
Even deep down you feel like shit. Do not show your negative emotions to your peers.
Tip 4: Understand Others
Try to understand other situation and what makes the job interesting rather than complaining.
Tip 5: Don’t Complaint
No matter how many times you complaint, the management will always say they will look into it but actually they don’t until you give up and quit.
Tip 6: Find Solution
Always ask question and seek for the answer. Find solutions rather than complaining.
Tip 7: Diplomacy
Work in diplomatic ways where both party is in win-win situation. Both parties will be happy.
Tip 8: Take it as a challenge
No matter how hard the task, always take one step at a time to solve it. Even the result is a failure, show it to your boss and explain to him/her.
Tip 9: Time Management
Set your priority, which one has to complete or do first. Time your task and estimate how long you going to complete the task.
Tip 10: Time’s Up
When the working time is over, take a deep breath and smile. Think about you loves one at home waiting for you. Work will never end.
