Trust (Part II)..

At last, I have read the letter that I sent to my buddy in Australia in 1997.

I, myself forget what it was like to write a letter & using snail mail.

The ten years old letter reflex back what kind of a man I was and what kind of a man I am now.

To fall in love with the same girl with my best friend. Betrayal from my best friend.

Looking back in time and fast-forward it to now, I started to believe divine interventions has every reason to play a role in my life.

Of course, the girl now is my best friend’s wife now.

But looking both of them together, which I thank myself making the right choice; to let go.

Knowing that sometime at that very moment you think that life have been unfair to you but life is actually trying to help you.

You hurt someone else in the process, which now you tend to regret.

Blaming others for not understand you. Isolate yourself in the real world. Crying over nothing. At the end, you just brush yourself up and walk again.

I am happy man now. At least I know that I am happier than 10 years back.

These 10 years learning process has it own toll to pay but it is worth it.

Lesson #1: Help yourself first if you want to help others.

Lesson #2: Don’t think that every friend is your friend.

Lesson #3: Choose few good friends to keep.

Lesson #4: Never hurt others if you don’t want to hurt yourself.

And the rest of the world can kiss my a**! ~ Eminem

Thank you my friend for the letter.

Are You Feeling Down?

Are you feeling down?

Yes?

Why are you feeling down?

Is it because something that someone did?

Is it worth it?

Cheer up!

Think positive!

What worst could have happened?

Don’t let that person wins by making you sad!

Tell yourself..

Only you yourself can make yourself down.

You control your feeling.

You control your anger.

Smile all the time.

Don’t let you enemy knows that you are down.

Be positive all the time.

Let you enemy be the negative.

The choice is yours

Choose to be happy

Thank yourself for being alive

Thank yourself for all the good things you have in life

Think about the unfortunate

Muszaphar dreams of becoming pilot after contract with Govt ends

PENANG: After being in outer space and serving the people as an orthopaedic surgeon on the ground, angkasawan Dr Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor has now set his sights on the sky.

The surgeon hopes to become a pilot after finishing his contract with the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry.

“I encourage everyone to diversify. The reason I do many things in life is to see how far I can go.

“I also hope to spend some time in Africa working with the children there,” Dr Sheikh Muszaphar, 35, said during a visit to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) yesterday.

Dr Sheikh Muszaphar, a part-time model who owns a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, is also trying out his hand in writing.

He has written a book that chronicles his space-training, the angkasawan selection process and his personal experiences in space. The book is set for release in July this year.

“I have also discovered that before my brother died, he had written about his perspective of my journey to become an angkasawan.

“As a tribute to him, I’m releasing his book first next month,” Dr Sheikh Muszaphar said.

The late Sheikh Mustafa Shukor Al Masrie died at the age of 32, just days after the angkasawan returned to earth last October.

Dr Sheikh Muszaphar was in Penang for a one-day visit on invitation by USM vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dzulkifli Abdul Razak.

“It’s a special occasion as my brother was a Housing, Building and Planning graduate from USM and this is the first university I have visited to share my experiences from space,” he said.

Joined by Prof Dzulkifli and former International Amateur Radio Union Region 3 director Sangat Singh, Dr Sheikh Muszaphar participated in a forum to exchange views on space exploration and the nation’s space programme.

The Dewan Tunku Syed Putera in USM was filled to capacity with more than 3,000 people grabbing the chance to see Malaysia’s first angkasawan in the flesh.

In a press conference after the event, Prof Dzulkifli said the flight of Malaysia’s first angkasawan into space had prompted the university to soon set up an amateur radio station on campus.

“The ham radio (amateur radio) was used to communicate with Dr Sheikh when he was in space and I believe there are already a few people in USM who are experienced with it,” he added.

Different Between You & Me..

Yes, I am angry

Yes, I am jealous

Yes I am envy

Because you are getting more than me

All the benefits were given to you

Buy house at the discount rates

Enter University without a good grade

Job is waiting for you when you graduate

But I am grateful

I am thankful

I am pleased

Because I know I am more capable than you

All the benefits that you get

It motivates me to strive more

It makes me more proud of myself

It makes me want to achieve more

I am just a human

I have these two hands to reach

I have these two legs to walk

I don’t have to depend on anybody

I don’t have to beg to nobody

I do love everybody

100 dollars per hour.. ®

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON: ‘Daddy, may I ask you a question?’

DAD: ‘Yeah sure, what is it?’ replied the man.

SON: ‘Daddy, how much do you make an hour?’

DAD: ‘That’s none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?’ the man said angrily.

SON: ‘I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?’

DAD: ‘If you must know, I make 100 dollars an hour.’

SON: ‘Oh,’ the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: ‘Daddy, may I please borrow 50 dollars?’

The father was furious, ‘If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish.

I work hard everyday for such this childish behavior.’ The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy’s questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that 50 dollars and he really didn’t ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy’s room and opened the door. ‘Are you asleep, son?’ He asked.

‘No daddy, I’m awake,’ replied the boy. ‘I’ve been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier’ said the man. ‘It’s been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here’s the 50 dollars you asked for.’ The little boy sat straight up, smiling.

‘Oh, thank you daddy!’ He yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father. ‘Why do you want more money if you already have some?’ the father grumbled. ‘Because I didn’t have enough, but now I do,’ the little boy replied. ‘Daddy, I have 100 dollars now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow.

I would like to have dinner with you.’ The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

It’s just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life.

We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts.

If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our family.
